Rose has had trouble sleeping for 10 years,
getting some sleep one night out of 7 or 8 nights. She used sleeping
pills sparingly and would usually find herself awake from 1:00 a.m.
            to 6:00 a.m.
After 10 years of living with too little sleep,
Rose now falls asleep even when she's reading and is finally sleeping
all night. "Never in my 53 years have I fallen asleep reading.
My emotions and mental attitude, and everything else, is going better
because I'm getting sleep. It's wonderful."
