Richard, a physically active and exercise-conscious man suffered with severe pain in his right shoulder for just over a year and a half. He first noticed the pain when he golfed, but it grew progressively worse and started interfering with most of his activities. The pain was waking him up twelve times a night and he couldn't sit in a vehicle without popping pain killers. Rick took up to 1,000 mg. of medication in an attempt to relieve the pain. He also regularly took anti-inflammatory medication.

After 10 BodyTalk sessions, Richard reports that he takes no pain or anti-inflammatory medication and that the pain is virtually non-existent.
